Great no-fuss gym, with all the free weights and equipment you need. PT staff are also very helpful and have helped me adjust my program a few times. A great relaxed place to exercise.

I hadn’t been to a gym for decades so was a little apprehensive as an older woman to go back but I always feel very comfortable and safe at this gym. The staff are friendly and they have all the equipment I need. Megan who is one of the personal trainers showed me how to use the equipment and suggested the best workout to do. You get one free personal training session when signing up. Good value for money too. Recommend!

I love Rec Xpress Chelts! The member rates are very competitive for this well equipped, clean,.compact gym. The fact it is open 24 hours is so convenient. All the staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Megan in particular was really helpful in setting an appropriate program for my goals.

I procured my membership last month- everything has been good thus far. The gym is clean, the staff are friendly, and the community in general seems to be amazing. I have nothing to complain about really. Most of the equipment that anyone would need is present, I think. I cannot see why anyone- who is thinking about joining- would not be able to meet their goals here.

Being a member at Rec Express Cheltenham for over 2 years now. This little pocket gem is packed with all your essential equipments for weight and fitness training. The space is very adequate and if you need more equipment or change of atmosphere, an occasional visit to thier Brighton East rex express can spice it up for you. What I truly love about the Cheltenham Rec Express is their friendly and welcoming staff and Thier members who gives that extra little touch to make you feel belong to a community. I have made great friends over the last couple of years being part of this community here. Extra shout out to Megan for organising this year's Rex express Cheltenham Christmas drinks and continue to grow the community feeling. A small but mighty 24 hour gym in central Cheltenham. Super friendly and helpful staff, always clean, with an excellent range of high quality equipment. With lots of friendly faces and a positive/supportive culture RecXpress Cheltenham is by far the most welcoming gym of the 5 gyms I’ve been a member of in Cheltenham.

This is a wonderful gym. REC Xpress has brand new equipment and very clean. The staff are lovely and there are some great trainers. I am impressed by the hygiene and attention to cleanliness. This was a real factor in me joining the gym.

Rec Xpress is an absolute gem! Despite being a smaller gym, it offers a clean and welcoming environment that makes every workout enjoyable. The staff here are incredibly friendly, always ready to help (when it is staffed hours) and the overall vibe is fantastic—everyone from the members to the team makes you feel right at home. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a supportive and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend! This elite gym!!

Great gym in a great spot! Spoilt for parking to say the least! Incredibly friendly staff and very respectful members. Don’t be deterred by the gym seeming small from the outside, the equipment selection and layout is great and maximises the space. regardless of experience level this is a great and very welcoming gym.

Ive always felt so self conscious going into a gym but here I feel so welcome and comfy! The place is so clean and has everything I need 😊

I recently spoke to Josh about coming to see the gym as I am moving to the area, and he was incredibly professional and understood my fitness goals. He gave me a tour of the gym and it was incredibly clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a gym with an approchable environment., this is the one 🙂

Came across a tall bloke named Joshua bussell, he was an absolute legend made me feel very comfortable at the gym and has a great amount of knowledge on what exercises and equipment I should be using to achieve my goals, will definitely be coming back when I am in town next.

Chelt Rec is a great spot for fitness enthusiasts or beginners. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, covering everything from cardio machines to free weights. The staff is friendly, and the facility is always clean.

I enjoy this little gym. It's not the biggest with every single piece of equipment, but it's always clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly. I like that they make an effort to say hi and bye when they're in the office, they don't ignore you or pretend like they haven't seen you. Reccomended! 😊

I go early enough not to worry about a crowded gym. So, here is my review. Friendly staff, equipment is in very good working order. Gym and amenities always kept clean. If I wasn’t to live so close to this gym, I’d be looking for another Rec Express GYM

Highly recommend. Recs is great—24/7, clean space, quality equipment, overall positive experience. The gym’s affordable, not too busy and the team are super approachable. No hassles. 10/10.
