A gym that has it all - membership at an excellent price, access to equipment 24/7, monthly challenges to get a free months of use and super friendly staff. I came here knowing nothing about working out to being a regular member. Special shout out to Sam the local PT for helping me get into better shape and making the gym a less intimating space! I also recently did a free body scan to mark my progress over time, fun way to watch my progress. 5 stars from me ⭐️😁

I’ve had a great experience at this gym so far. The facilities are well-maintained, the equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Whether you’re into weight training, cardio, or group classes, there’s plenty on offer to suit different fitness goals. The space is clean, and there’s a good balance of equipment availability, even during peak hours. A huge shoutout to Monique, who has been incredibly helpful in getting me settled in. From day one, she made sure I felt comfortable, guided me through the setup process, and answered all my questions. Her support has made a real difference in making this gym feel like a place I want to keep coming back to. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym with a supportive team.

It's a really lovely gym with friendly staff and everyone training here is very respectful! Busy during work week after 5pm but I am still able to use all the machines I need. The facilities are very tidy. Great neighbourhood gym and would recommend!

Do I need a personal trainer if I can work out on my own?

While you can always choose to work out individually, seeing a PT regularly can keep you on track and help you progress more efficiently. They provide motivation, accountability, proper form instruction, and personalised programs based on your needs. We recommend you opt for our free PT session to understand our training approach.

What should I expect during my session with my Bentleigh personal trainer?

Depending on your objectives your PT sessions can be a 30-45 min workout or a more informative session where you’re taken through a personalised program. Your PT will inform you about the importance of warming up and also cooling down post-session. Trainers may also track your progress, correct technique and offer tips on improving performance.

How often should I train with a PT?

This primarily depends on the individual's objective. At the very least, conducting 1-3 sessions with a trainer at the start can help set up your pathway to a healthy routine and achieve your goals. If you have a goal with a deadline or experience the best results with accountability, you may prefer seeing a trainer once a week, supplemented by personal workouts.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?

The frequency of personal training sessions depends on your goals, fitness level, and budget. Many clients train once or twice a week, while others may train more often, depending on their needs. We’ll make it work for your schedule and fitness goals.

I have an injury. Can I still train?

Injuries are a common concern for gym goers. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking to regain strength for your sport or looking for more rehabilitative work, we can assist. Trainers with the right qualifications will offer modified exercises to ensure safety and may work with other health professionals, like physiotherapists, to create an appropriate plan. We work with clients to ensure they are functional throughout their workouts and will modify them accordingly.

Are your Bentleigh personal trainers certified?
