Hi! I’m Alyssa. My lifelong love for sports and fitness fuels my mission to help others build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. I know how real burnout can be, which is why I focus on creating a balanced approach—blending effective workouts with activities that you genuinely enjoy.

To me, fitness isn’t just a phase; it’s a long-term lifestyle that anyone can embrace, no matter their age or experience level. I aim to make training fun, approachable, and most importantly, sustainable.

In every session, I prioritize injury prevention. With a strong focus on proper technique, well-rounded programming, and steady progression, I support clients in training safely while building lasting strength and resilience.

I’m currently supporting member on-boarding at Rec Xpress East Brighton and Rec Xpress Ormond. If you see me around the gym or have any questions, feel free to say hi – I’m always happy to help! 😊
