Angela is a happy, energetic trainer who has a passion in encouraging and motivating members/clients in moving, eating better and achieving their fitness and health goals.
Angela has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and has worked with a diverse range of clients from teenagers to older adults.
She knows how busy life can get being a mum of 3 and how difficult it can be to adopt an active and balanced lifestyle.
She will help you learn the importance of exercise and nutrition, to improve your body and not be controlled by pain. Get you stronger, lose weight and gain confidence!
Angela also loves encouraging senior adults to keep active to reduce falls and improve their quality of life.
