From the moment Baxter started gym training, he immediately garnered it’s advantages when playing local soccer and footy. Discovering these strength & aerobic benefits led Baxter to assisting teammates and in turn pursuing a career as a personal trainer!
Baxter enjoys training people from all lifestyles and in all forms of exercise. He finds it rewarding to train clients and see their progress – whether it’s improving their range of movement, training for sport or successfully achieving their weight loss goals.
His specialties as a personal trainer include strength & conditioning, HIIT, sports-specific training, flexibility, mobility and basic nutrition. He also helps older adults with maintaining adequate strength, balance and overall fitness.
Personally, Baxter has played sport all his life and and is a previous captain of The Bentleigh Blues. He loves listening to 70s-90s music when gym training and weeknight tennis with friends.
