Bec has worked in the fitness industry for the past 7 years, both in administration and as a fitness model. As a mother of a young child, she understands how difficult it is to get the gym and how important it is to feel good about yourself!

Bec specialises in weight loss, body toning and resistance training. She will help you lose body fat, burn more calories, gain strength, reduce injuries or back pain, improve posture and most importantly enhance mood and decrease stress.
