Originally from Columbia, Diana has been a Melbournian for 16+ years and now resides in Oakleigh East. With a young daughter in primary school, Diana understands how busy life can be as a
mother, the stresses of running a family and how difficult it is to maintain an adequate level of fitness.
After being diagnosed with a health condition over 10 years ago, Diana commenced her own fitness journey to get healthy and feel great again. This led to developing a deep passion for fitness and eventually pursuing a career as a Personal Trainer. Diana is passionate about exercising and motivating everyone to increase their physical activity and improve their level of fitness to reap the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Specialising in strength & weight loss, Diana will help you develop the healthy habits necessary to achieve your goal.
