Originally from the UK, Hannah moved to Australia 5 years ago. Hannah has always been passionate about fitness and loves helping clients learn healthy habits (with zero restrictions) that build a healthy happy lifestyle.
She believes it’s never too late to start your journey, no matter your age or fitness level – we all start somewhere! If you’re new to gym, don’t fear! Hannah draws on her experience and knowledge of being a first-timer once upon a time too and will help you build the confidence you need to achieve your goals.
What to expect when training with Hannah? She will motivate, encourage, and challenge you through a tough workout, helping you see you can do anything you put your mind to, whilst having fun at the same time – why be so serious 😉
