Hannah has always had a love for being adventurous and trying new things. Whether it’s running long distances, hiking up tall mountains, trying a new style of training or even a new recipe – I thrive off a good challenge!

After studying her Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Hannah acquired a keen interest in the area of exercise physiology & kinesiology, and the application of strength and conditioning training for rehabilitation.

If it involves working with clients who are younger or older, experienced or novice, Hannah is all about helping clients improve their overall wellbeing, quality of life and achieving their goals!

Hannah is a strong believer that by taking a step outside of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to do something difficult, you’re taking a step towards self-improvement and growth.
