ABOUT JENN

Jenn joined the Rec Xpress team in 2018 after a 5-year career in architectural services. A passion for health and fitness took her from the desk to the outdoors, where she conducted morning group training. More recently, she has commenced in-gym PT sessions at a number of Rec Xpress locations.

Jenn’s enthusiasm for healthy living has guided her career as a trainer and coach. She is passionate about helping people realise the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. It is her mission to provide clients with the tools and knowledge to help them make a permanent shift in their attitude towards exercise – to see it as a form of self-love rather than a chore.

When Jenn’s not coaching, she loves to cook (and eat) vegan food, go hiking when it’s cold and hit the beach when it’s hot.

Jenn believes in open and honest communication to help clients find the true purpose behind their goals and create a plan to achieve them. As a regular client, Jenn will keep you accountable to committing to each step of your fitness journey!
