
ABOUT JOSH
Hi there! I’m Josh, and I’ve been working as a personal trainer since 2022, specializing in helping my clients gain strength, muscle, and mobility — all while building sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
I spent most of my life quite sedentary, wasn’t into sports, and loved playing video games. It wasn’t until I took a break from playing semi-professionally that I realized how much I had neglected my health. That’s when I decided to make a positive change. Something I really value is learning how to balance my lifestyle so I can still make time for the things I love.
I truly believe fitness can be something you enjoy, not a chore, and I’m passionate about coaching people to find that joy in their training. I understand that we all have unique relationships with food, our bodies, and exercise. My goal is to make you feel confident and supported every step of the way!
When I’m not coaching or training, you can catch me hanging out with my cats, gaming or catching up with mates.
