ABOUT JOSH

PT Josh developed a passion for health & fitness through his own weight loss journey which saw him lose 30kg over the course of 12 months. After experiencing a great sense of fulfillment and accomplishment from what he had achieved, Josh embarked on helping others through becoming a qualified Personal Trainer at the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Josh enjoys training clients of all experience levels and fitness backgrounds. He loves training clients for improved muscular strength, hypertrophy and sports specific training. Josh also coaches clients to maintain motivation and develop healthy routines to achieve weight loss goals in a safe and sustainable way.

Outside of the gym, Josh plays local footy on the weekend, enjoys long distance running, a walk with the dog and the occasional game of golf.
