ABOUT MEGAN
Hi there! My name is Megan, and I am a certified Personal Trainer at Rec Xpress. With a background in gym training, playing local sports and studying sports science, I believe in a structured approach to wellness, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on mental and emotional well-being.
I’m currently completing a Bachelor in Exercise Sports Science at Deakin University and have a passion for encouraging benefits of exercise for injury prevention or recovery from chronic injuries.
My training approach is centered around my clients. I understand that each person is unique, with different fitness levels, goals, and limitations. I work closely with my clients to develop personalised workout plans that are challenging, safe, and effective. I focus on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure maximum results.
I believe no matter your age or experience level, fitness and gym training is not a temporary phase; it’s a lifestyle. My training philosophy revolves around making fitness fun but also sustainable for my clients.
