Hi, I’m Nancy, a Personal Trainer at Rec Xpress Clayton & Ormond!
I’m passionate about helping people discover a love for fitness, gain strength and achieve their unique goals.
My approach centers around effective strength training and functional movement, with a strong emphasis on flexibility and mobility to support well-rounded progress.
I work with a wide range of clients, tailoring programs to meet diverse needs and goals:

Beyond my dedication to my clients, I’m constantly challenging myself – whether it’s through cold plunges, trail running, obstacle races or functional fitness competitions like Spartan, Hyrox and Deka. I believe in practicing what you preach and leading by example.
