Being a mother of 2 boys – Natalie keeps super busy!
After an extensive career in travel, Natalie developed a deep passion for health & fitness post the birth of her first child. Natalie found this recovery and rebuilding of strength enormously powerful as a mother and wanted to spread this benefit to all. This saw Natalie join Rec Xpress in 2021.
Whether you’re new to gym or returning after some time away, Natalie is more than suitable to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe, comfortable and rewarding way.
Natalie loves being able to help people to be the best version of themselves, feel strong and empowered.
What to expect when training with Natalie? She will motivate, encourage, and challenge you through a tough workout, helping you see you can do anything you put your mind to, whilst of course having fun at the same time!
Natalie conducts sessions at Bentleigh & East Brighton – if you see her in the gym, don’t hesitate to say hi!
