Hi, I’m Nathan and I used to work in the Finance sector, but I was always a very active individual outside of work. Eventually, my passion for health and fitness drove me toward becoming a PT as I saw an opportunity to really make a difference in people’s lives. My innovative, sustainable and holistic approach to health and fitness will help you achieve your goals without burning out and starting from square one again.

In my spare time, I have been able to conquer a half marathon in under 2 hours and have taught many complex bodily movements as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gracie Combatives Belt. I am also an avid
basketballer and gym fanatic that is excited to show others the world of fitness.

No matter your experience or interest in fitness, I will share my love, passion, and attention to detail in a variety of fitness areas, as well as basic nutrition in order to help achieve your goals.
