Hi – I’m Steph!
After training full time at the Australian Ballet School for 4 years, I switched into studying Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University and now hold a Bachelor degree in the field.
This foundation allows me to blend a unique understanding of body movement, mobility and discipline in my training approach.
Working at Rec Xpress Bentleigh, I combine my knowledge in the gym with a genuine passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals.
