ABOUT LEE

PT Lee has held a passion for health and fitness since he was a teenager and joined Rec Xpress as a Personal Trainer in 2018.

Lee is big in stature and big on motivation! He enjoys taking clients on a journey to achieve their individual fitness goals, as well as developing discipline in order to experience long term results.

Personally, fitness has always been a priority in Lee’s life through junior and senior football in the TAC Cup with the Sandringham Dragons.
