Hey there! I’m James a Gym Instructor at Rec Xpress Bentleigh. Fitness and sports have always been a significant part of my life, and I’m thrilled to share my passion with you. As a young and dynamic guy, I understand the importance of staying active, setting goals, and working hard to achieve them.
My training approach is centered around my clients. I understand that each person is unique, with different fitness levels, goals, and limitations. I work closely with my clients to develop personalised workout plans that are challenging, safe, and effective. I focus on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure maximum results.
My training philosophy revolves around making fitness enjoyable and sustainable. I believe that finding activities you love is key to maintaining a consistent workout routine. Whether it’s weightlifting, HIIT workouts, cardio, or sports-specific training, we’ll discover what excites you the most and tailor the sessions accordingly.
