With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Nikki is a passionate and results-driven personal trainer who specialises in helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. She comes to the fitness industry from a dance background, having traveled the world and performed in Broadway Musicals.

As a mum herself, Nikki understands the importance of balancing fitness with the demands of everyday life. She combines her extensive expertise in movement with a genuine love for empowering clients to live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.

Specialising in Pre/Postnatal, Strength Training and Functional Fitness, Nikki customizes each session to meet your unique goals and needs. She believes in creating a positive and motivating environment where clients can thrive, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone—from new mums to seasoned athletes.
