Great little gym in the heart of Charman Rd shops. I’ve been a member since this branch opened, and have loved coming here. More than enough equipment in a compact space to keep you focused on strength and fitness, without it becoming a sprawling barn-like gym where you get lost. Staff always friendly and helpful. And best part is the relaxed atmosphere, being able to train without the intimidating nature of some ‘muscle’ gyms.
